Expressing our Gratitude and Appreciation

by Jan Shimano
A great deal has been written about the benefits of reflecting on things in our lives that we can be grateful for. What happens when we do this, is that we are then in a high vibrational state. Also, we are actually in a state of abundance when we are in a state of gratitude and appreciation.

According to the Law of Attraction, we end up getting more of the very things we focus on, so by actually focusing on what we are grateful for, we will end up getting more of the same things. Don’t you find that when you give a gift to someone who shows genuine appreciation, you are more inclined to want to continue to give them gifts. Certainly, our motive for gift giving is not to receive in return. However, it is human nature to want to feel appreciated.

I’m sure most of us have experienced what it feels like when we give a gift to someone who we care about and they barely acknowledge it. Maybe we had put a lot of thought and even effort into buying or making the gift. I know when I get that type of a response, I feel hurt and let down. I might even reason with myself “why would I want to continue to give gifts to this person, only to experience this hurt feeling again?”

So realizing how hurt we feel in that situation, let’s make sure that whenever we have the opportunity, we express our gratitude to others for how they enrich our lives. Let’s not wait until we receive a gift from someone to do this. Our kind words could be just what that person is looking for right at that moment, and you never know, we might even make their day. Your Biggest Asset In Creating The Wealth You Desire

by Ray Stendall
The subconscious mind is one of our greatest assets. It is the home of our intellectual factors that include: reason, intuition, imagination, perception, memory and the will. When we use the subconscious mind correctly, we can create anything that is in harmony with natural universal law.

The subconscious mind is completely deductive in nature, unlike the conscious mind, which is both inductive and deductive. The subconscious mind will believe anything that is impressed upon it with emotion in a consistent manner. It will even believe a lie if it is repeated often enough. Understanding this concept represents the first step in taking control of your subconscious mind so you can pursue your dreams.

The next step to effectively use your subconscious mind is to know exactly what you want and why you want it. This process of conceptualization and clarification is critical, because the subconscious mind only gets involved when it is sure you mean business! Being serious about a goal prompts an emotional response inside you. It is when emotion mixes with clarity that the subconscious mind can act on your desires. Think Right and change your future

by Dr. Jay Polmar
You have an amazing Power attached to your thoughts. Think about it. You have Mastery” title=”How To Use Thought Power To Create Wealth” target=”_blank” onclick=”javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview (’/outbound/budurl.com’);”>POWER connected to your THOUGHTS. When we rephrase it: Your have energy connected to your thinking. Now that I’ve told you this, do you instinctively concern yourself about those thoughts that run endlessly through your mind? What about that little “babbling voice” that lives somewhere inside your head and drives millions of people to see their therapists every week. When you search for it - it calls out:”Voice? Voice? What voice? I don’t hear any voice?” THAT’S YOUR VOICE.Perhaps, you think that voice doesn’t drive people nuts. Do you have any idea how much money is spent on psychiatry and psychiatric hospitals every year in the US? The real reason behind the psychiatry is usually - the inability to control one’s inner babbling chatterbox. The goal here is for you to ThinkRight.

Without your personal involvement and personal direction - FATE wins, and life sucks. Can you be responsible enough to get totally involved with your life? When you get totally involved, you get everything you want in life.

In life, without your personal involvement and personal direction - FATE wins, and life sucks. Are you responsible enough to get totally involved with your life? When you get totally involved, you get everything you want in life and it’s a quality life. Fear of change is the greatest restriction for far too many people. They don’t realize that to change means to grow — to evolve into being a more capable and successful human. Are you responsible enough to say: “I must change, I will change, and I am changing”?

Isn’t it time to give yourself the opportunity to change. Be a winner in life just by opening your mind and your heart to listen to your own insights and intuition. Although they aren’t the only path to success, they are the easiest. To succeed, just listen to the inner voice of wisdom and not any chatterbox voice of fear. All those people who can’t hear that voice because of their uncontrolled babbling voice, aimlessly drift through life in a filled with fear and doubt. You can stop the drifting through fear; learn how to THINKRIGHT — open yourself to the true winner within.

Applying The Golden Rule In Business And Your Career

Description unavailable

Remember the Golden Rule? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. By applying this concept in your business or career you will rocket yourself to success and set yourself apart from the competition.

How To Live The Golden Rule In Business

Sometimes its hard to hold yourself to the Golden Rule standard. Things annoy us, customers can be unreasonable and co-workers can be, well co-workers. It takes a great deal of mental effort to be unemotional about a situation that is not to our liking and consciously hold ourselves to a higher standard. No matter what is going on around us we can always treat the people we deal with in business with respect and understanding.

The customer that yells at you might have a sick relative in the hospital, the co-worker that is curt with you might be going through a divorce, venders that do not get back to you might be exceptionally busy. There are countless reasons that situations arise in the workplace where we feel that someone has slighted us or just not given us the respect we think we deserve.

Regardless of how we are treated, we can always respond to others differently. When someone is yelling, we can talk in a calm manner. When someone is being petty we can take the higher road and not become emotionally involved with the situation. It might be difficult to do at times but by taking a breath before you respond to a situation your results will be better.

Act As If You Are On The Other Side Of the Transaction

You should always put yourself on the other side of a transaction. Think about what would I want if I was in this persons shoes? This goes for customers and all the people you come into contact with at your place of work. This doesnt mean that you need to let people walk all over you. Your concern is that you are being reasonable, respectful and that your customer or co-worker comes away from the interaction satisfied that they were dealt with fairly.

By always thinking about what you would want if you were on the other side of the table, your meetings will go more smoothly and you will be much more effective. If you are a salesman you will sell more because you are thinking of your customers needs and wants instead of your own. Review all your actions and think to yourself is this how I would want to be treated? Try to structure each transaction so that it is a win-win for all involved. Read the rest of this entry »
